Respondents PRAYER : Civil Revision Petitions filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to set aside the order dated 27.07.2015 passed in E.P.No.3376 of 2014 on the file of the X Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai and permit the petitioners to pay sum of Rs.5000/- each instead of Rs.10,000/- per month in the credit of above E.P.No.3376 of 2014.

When this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
