These Miscellaneous petitions have been filed seeking to condone the respective delay in filing the Criminal Revisions against the orders 20.03.2023, 21.04.2023, 25.08.2023, 05.04.2023 & 13.03.2023 in P.R.C.Nos.46/2022, 91/2023, 61/2022, 63/2022, 40/2022 and 63/2022 respectively on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate at Tiruppur.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent has no objection for these petitions being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits filed in support of the respective petition, these petitions stand allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revisions, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main cases for admission.
