ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court weekly once i.e., on Monday of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.2295 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28885 of 2024 dated 13.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the petitioner has eleven previous cases.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28885 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.2295 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28885 of 2024 dated 13.02.2025 is now modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, twice a month i.e, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
