ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition arises as against the docket order, dated 16.08.2016, passed by the learned I Additional District Judge, Vellore in O.S.No.44 of 2012.

2. Today, when the came up for hearing, Mr.S.Diraviyam Dinesh, learned counsel, representing counsel for the respondents has submitted that he does not even want to press his notice to produce the documents and

submits that a direction may be given to the Court below to proceed with the suit on merits, at an early date.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the Civil Revision Petition is being allowed.

4. Recording the statement of the learned Counsel for the respondents that he is not pressing the notice to produce, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous. It is seen that the matter is of the year 2011. The learned I Additional District Judge, Vellore is requested to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than a period of four months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition i.e., C.M.P.No.18656 of 2016 is closed.
