Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2016 submitted to release the sanctioned loan to start a Pet Bottle manufacturing unit.

ORDER

Heard Mr.K.Rajasekaran, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents and with the consent of either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 14.03.2016 submitted to release the sanctioned loan to start a Pet Bottle manufacturing unit.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.03.2016 has been considered and an order has been passed on 07.04.2016 rejecting the case of the petitioner stating that the immediate parent document to the petitioner's sale deed namely, the sale deed dated 30.01.2003 registered as Document No.265/2003 has not been produced by the petitioner before the respondent (TIIC). That apart, on enquiry, it has been ascertained that there is some disputes and differences between the petitioner's vendor and the petitioner and the vendor is retaining the parent document.

4.In view of the above stated position, the writ petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as against the order dated 07.04.2016, a copy of which has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent/corporation. No costs.
