This Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered as against the petitioner herein in Cr.No.11 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.Alexander, learned counsel representing the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that charge sheet viz., No.32 of 2022 has been filed in this case on 13.05.2022 and the same was taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) and also taking note of the fact that charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
