ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Aneesh Vinayak, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for the respondent.

2. Compliance report is filed by the respondent to the effect that the representation of the petitioner was enquired by the Block Development Officer and a report was submitted on 13.10.2021. It is submitted that all the beneficiaries have completed the work order. Report is also given to the petitioner by the fourth respondent. As per the order of this Court dated 06.03.2020, the Block Development Officer has completed the work.

3. In light of that, contempt stands purged. The contempt petition stands disposed of.

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the report, the petitioner may take steps as may be permissible under law.
