2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.12913/Aa1/2017 dated 08.09.2017.

3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions in the pending writ petition.
