ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to implead the petitioner as the proposed eleventh respondent in the writ petition. 1/4
2. Learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that the proposed respondent is seeking to implead in the writ petition based on an unregistered deed of transfer and that the petitioner does not have any locus standi to get themselves impleaded in this writ petition and that the petitioner is neither a necessary nor a proper party in the writ petition.
3. On carefully going through the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the petitioners have stated that the proposed respondent is in unlawful and illegal possession of the property.
4. This Court, on carefully considering the submissions made on either side and the materials available on record, is inclined to allow this petition and the impleading petitioner shall be added as eleventh respondent in this writ petition. The merits of the writ petition will be gone into after the respondents file their counter in this case. Post the main writ petition on 24.04.2025. In the mean time, the respondents are directed to file counter.
