Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant priority to the petitioner to appoint as a helper in Integrated Child Health Center at Tirumalai Village, Thiruvannamalai District by considering her destitute widow status as per G.O.(Ms.) No.163, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meals Programme Department, dated 18.8.2010 pursuant to the interview held by the respondent on 13.9.2017. For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondent : Mr.R.S.Selvam, Government Advocate.

The writ petition was listed for hearing on 15.2.2019. None appeared for the writ petitioner. Thus, the case was directed to be listed on 18.02.2019 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today i.e., on 19.02.2019, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is to be construed that the writ petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.
