Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) Relax the condition is that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court on 25.02.2021 in Crl.MP.No.2007 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No. 17498 of 2020. (ii) Relax the condition No.6 (c): i.e. the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court on 19.11.2020 in Crl.OP.No. 17498 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PONNIVALAVAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

Vide order dated 19.11.2020, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions imposed in order dated 25.02.2021 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2007 of 2021.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 25.02.2021 stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e., on 1st day and 15th day of every Month at 10.30 am, till filing of charge sheet. All other conditions remain unaltered.
