ORDER
[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Poojitha. The petitioner, detenue and her husband are all present today before us.
2. On enquiry, the detenue has informed us that she is willing to go with the petitioner while having some reservation to rejoin with her husband who is the de facto complainant. She has further stated that she requires some more time to take a decision. In such view of the matter, we do not find any illegal detention involved and the detenue is permitted to go with the petitioner. However, considering the submissions made by the detenue, we are inclined to refer the matter to the Mediation Centre attached to the High Court of Madras.
