2 V.JAYALAKSHMI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for the month of June 2017 for depositing a sum of Rs.5,000 (Five Thousand Rupees) as per the order on this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.13109/2016 in Crl.O.P.26204/2016.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.V.SAIRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, ADDL. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the 1st Respondent and of NO APPEARANCE Advocate for the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- On a perusal of the averment made in the affidavit and after considering the same, I am of the view that the prayer sought for in the present petition can be entertained. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and time is extended by ten days to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- for the month of June 2017, from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
