ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent herein not to harass the petitioners on the hostile of enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have cheated more than Rs.62,00,000/- under the guise of collecting chit funds towards Diwali and after collecting a huge sum of money, they cheated the general public by non-payment of any amount to them. He further submitted that there are so many complaints received on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and all the complaints were transferred to the Economic Offence Wing, Chennai, for enquiry. Therefore, there are complaints as against the petitioners and attended the enquiry. Hence, there is no question of harassment by the 2nd respondent.
