The petition has been filed to appoint and declare the petitioner as sole Guardian of minor child namely, R.Anirudh born on 13.10.2012 and to grant permanent custody of the minor child to the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is the mother of the minor child R.Anirudh. Since there was some matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and respondent, the wife has filed this petition seeking for guardianship and permanent custody of the minor child.
3. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for both sides submitted that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and respondent and they have entered into a joint compromise memo. The petitioner is physically present before this Court and the respondent appeared through video conference and identified by the learned counsel for the respondent. Both the parties agreed to the terms of compromise and said that they have leaving their signature to the same. 2/4
4. Hence, this Original Petition is allowed in terms of Joint Compromise Memo. The Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the order.
