(Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR. J) When the matter was taken up, it came to light that the typed set prepared by the Registry is ready and the main appeal is ripe for hearing. In such circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Criminal Miscellaneous Petition' ['Crl.MP' for the sake of brevity] but learned counsel made a plea to preserve the rights of the petitioner and anyone concerned for detenu. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:
