The writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 31.01.2022 and conduct enquiry on merits within the time specified by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 31.01.2022 and after giving opportunity of hearing to both the petitioner as well as the counter party, pass orders on merits and

in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
