ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to call for the records connected with the proceedings issued in No.6375/A1/2016 dated 21.07.2016 insofar as petitioner is concerned and proceedings issued in No.6375/A1/2016 dated 29.07.2016 passed by the respondent herein and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to allow the petitioner to continue at Chennai. 2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner joined in the transferred place at Villupuram and further more, the impugned order of transfer was issued in the year 2016 and therefore, no further adjudication is required. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner was subsequently promoted to the post of Personal Assistant to the Director and accordingly, joined in the promotional post. 2/4

4.In view of the development occurred during the pendency of the writ petition, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
