This Petition has been filed to extend the time for surrendering before the District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri (Special Judge for SC & ST Act) in Crl.O.P.No.6232 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022.

2. It is stated that due to covid, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Trial Court as directed by this Court in time.

3. Hence, Considering the same, two weeks time is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the District and Sessions Court, Dharmapuri (Special Judge for SC & ST Act) in Crl.O.P.No.6232 of 2022 dated 21.03.2022.
