Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.03.2019 submitted to 4th respondent through on-line with regard to survey and patta name transfer in the name of the petitioner in respect of his property of an extent of hectares 3.90.0 (Acre 9.63 cents), comprised in Punjai Survey No.258/2, Old Survey Nos.96 and 98 in Gundri Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District.

Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of her on-line representation dated 13.03.2019, wherein and whereby, she sought for surveying the property measuring an extent of hectares 3.90.0 (Acre 9.63 cents), comprised in Punjai Survey No.258/2, Old Survey Nos.96 and 98 in Gundri Village, Sathyamangalam Taluk, Erode District and issuance of patta in her favour.
3. It is stated that the petitioner has purchased the above said property from one Mohammed Suroor Hussain, by way of a sale deed dated 06.12.2018, registered as Document No.7383 of 2018 at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Sathyamangalam. It is further stated that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the above said property from the date of purchase. Hence, the petitioner made a representation on 13.03.2019 to the respondents seeking for surveying and issuance of patta in her favour in respect of the subject matter property. However, the respondents have not considered the same, the present writ petition is filed before this Court.

This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 4th respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation dated 13.03.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 4th respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
