Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.HARI, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1297 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.18335 of 2020, dated 12.02.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before trial Court on all the hearing dates.
