The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in Tr.C.M.P.No.531 of 2015 and the respondent in the C.R.P.(PD).No.3823 of 2015 filed a memo dated 21.02.2017 stating that the petitioner is withdrawing the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.212 of 2015 pending on the file of the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli.

va 2.The memo dated 21.02.2017 is taken on record. 3.In view of the same, the Family Court, Tiruchirapalli is directed to permit the petitioner viz., Kalpana to withdraw the Original Petition in H.M.O.P.No.212 of 2015 and dismiss the same as withdrawn. 4.In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition preferred by the husband in C.R.P.(PD).No.3823 of 2015 has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
