Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S C.D.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11000 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.8354 of 2021 on 28.10.2021 to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e, 1st day and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing of charge sheet.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the investigation is still pending.
