Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to cancel the bail granted in favour of the 1st Respondent / Petitioner / Accused in Crl.O.P.No.5260/2021 dated 24.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ESWARAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This matter has been listed today for reporting compliance.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/accused submitted that based on the order passed by this Court the first respondent/accused has executed a settlement deed in favour of his minor sons making his father as guardian.

3. As the settlement deed has been executed in favour of the minor sons, if at all there arises any problem from the guardian, it is always open for the petitioner to approach this Court and seek suitable relief. The first respondent/accused is also directed to serve a certified copy of the settlement deed to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the above circumstances, this criminal original petition is closed.
