Comp.A.Nos.264 and 265 of 2023 in C.P.No.63 of 2013 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J.

These applications are filed to implead the 2nd and 3rd respondents as proposed respondents in Comp.A.Nos.293 and 294 of 2021 in C.P.No.63 of 2013.

2. The learned Official Liquidator would submit that he has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. In view of the above submission and on perusing the affidavit filed in support of these applications, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow these applications.

4. Accordingly, these applications are allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and post the matter on 16.06.2023.
