The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondent to implement the punishment suffered by him from 1987 to 2004 concurrently, so as to enable him to get his upgradation as Grade I Police Constable and Head Constable by considering his representation dated 02.02.2015. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the representation dated 02.02.2015 which is sought to be disposed of by the respondent had already been disposed of on 13.08.2015 and hence nothing survives for adjudication.
