3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police submitted that, the investigation is pending in Crime No.5 of 2016.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation and take action in accordance with law.
