Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.187 OF 2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence made in Judgment in S.C.No.189 of 2018 dated 24.03.2021 on the file of the Learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Salem and enlarge the petitioner on bail, in CRL.A.NO.187 OF 2021 [IN CRL.MP.NO.5243 OF 2021] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.A.NO.187 OF 2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.MUNIYAPPARAJ Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail petition after some reasonable time.
