The petitioner was attended the enquiry on a complaint given by one Shanmugam is now before this Court alleging that, the respondent police is harassing.
2. However, the typed set of paper furnished along with the original petition indicates that there was a sale transaction in the year 2010 and Civil Suit in connection with the property. The petitioner herein participating in the enquiry has given a letter dated 20.03.2024.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that after completion of an enquiry, the complaint had been closed. Therefore, there is no necessity to entertain this petition, praying for not to harass, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed.
