ORDER

This Court, by order dated 17.11.2015 in Crl.O.P.No.7782 of 2015, directed the respondent to file final report as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Since the said order has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition is filed.

2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that on completion

of the investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvottiyur, Chennai and the case is yet to be taken on file by the Court. Since the above order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives for consideration in this Contempt Petition, which is accordingly closed.
