ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 3 & 4 not to interfere with the petitioner's possession in the properties when the civil suit is pending in O.S.No.22 of 2014 on file of the Principal District Judge, Villupuram.

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 to 3. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the petitioner as well as the counter parties namely respondents 5 and 6 lodged separate complaints in respect of the property issue. Both the petitions have been enquired by the third respondent viz., The Inspector of Police, Marakkanam Police Station, Marakkanam, Villupuram District and both the petitions were closed as all the allegations relates to civil in nature.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
