(Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA,J.,) Heard both sides.

2.On instructions, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detenu has been secured by the police and he has been produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem on 17.06.2018.

3.In view of the said submission, the question of illegal detention does not arise. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
