177/2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.KUMAR RAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and Respondent not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The unsuccessful plaintiff in the the suit filed for specific performance is the appellant. Seeking an order of injunction pending the appeal, the present petition has been filed. This Court granted status quo on 03.06.2021.
Despite service of notice and the name of the respondent having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondent.
