It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that on the complaint given by the de-facto complainant, C.S.R.No.95 of 2024 is pending.

2. The police cannot keep the complaint at the stage of petition enquiry for long without registering a regular case.

3. Under such circumstances, four weeks time is granted from today and in the meantime, the respondent police shall either register a case or drop further action. Till such time, the respondent police is directed not to arrest the petitioner.

4.This petition stands closed.
