This petition has been filed to grant an order of stay against all further proceedings in O.S.No.28 of 2011 on the file of II Additional District Court, Erode.

2.This Court by order dated 20.08.2020, has granted an order of interim stay in respect of passing of final decree alone. However, the same has not been extended further. It is seen from the records that the service has been complete in the appeal.
