ORDER
Today, the matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner(s).
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some error has been crept in paragraph Nos.1 & 3 of the order dated 10.09.2025. The said paragraph Nos. 1
& 3 are to be replaced as follows:
"This criminal Revision case has been filed to set aside the Judgment dated 18.01.2024 made in C.A.No.318 of 2023 on the file of the learned XXI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai confirming the Judgment and Sentence imposed in CC.No.1148 of 2014 dated 20.03.2023, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai.
3. As per the settlement agreement dated 21.08.2025, both parties agreed to settle the issue amicably. As per the term of the agreement, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.40,000/- a first installment and petitioner is agreed to repay the balance amount to the respondent and he has no objection to withdraw the amount he deposited before the Trial Court. Accordingly, the respondent is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited before the Trial Court and this Criminal Revision case is disposed of in terms of settlement agreement dated 21.08.2025, which is forming part of the judgement, if any deviation, the case will be reopened. The petitioner is acquitted from all the charges in C.C.NO.1148 of 2014 dated 20.03.2023, on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-III, Saidapet, Chennai. Accordingly, this Criminal
Revision case is disposed of. Pending petition, if any, is / are closed."
3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph Nos.1 & 3 in the order dated 10.09.2025, and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.
4. In all other respects, the order dated 10.09.2025, in the above Civil Revision Petition shall remain unaltered.
