ORDER
This Court, by an order dated 16.09.2015 in W.P.No.29128 of 2015, directed the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and 3rd party, if so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ required. Since the said order has not been complied with by the respondent herein within the stipulated time as
directed by this Court, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by issuing patta to the petitioner vide TR.No.363/2015 dated 08.04.2016.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
