Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition The Petitioners shall report before the respondent police, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.NO.8300 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.14237 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.P.ANANTHA KRISHNA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.HARI, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8300 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14237 of 2020, dated 18.12.2020 is relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
