This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 08.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5435 of 2023 that the petitioner should stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of police, Palakarai Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
