ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents No.1 to 3 to issue receipt for the payment made by the petitioner and deliver possession of MIG TNHB Plot No.248 at A-Jettihalli, Dharmapuri District which was allotted in favour of the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2021. 2/4
2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that while pending writ petition, the allotment order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 23.02.2021 was cancelled and also the respondents have returned the amount to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.17,33,000/-.
3. In view of the above, the prayer sought in this writ petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 21.06.2024 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non-Speaking Order gvn 3/4
