ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to direct the respondents 3 & 4 to credit the petitioner's three months salary to the tune of Rs.60,000/- along with Staff Welfare amount with 12% interest in her Account bearing No.3329280140, at State Bank of India, Mannady Branch. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the amount claimed by the petitioner has been paid to her as early as on 21.04.2015. He has also produced a copy of the letter dated 21.05.2015 sent by the Director of Medical Education, Chennai, to that effect.
3. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
