Crl.M.P.No.4874 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31740 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31740 of 2022 dated 27.02.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.31740 of 2022 dated 27.02.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
