When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel for both sides submitted that the parties have entered into a Joint Memo, wherein, the applicant and the respondent have discussed and arrived at a compromise as per the terms and conditions set out in the Memorandum of Understanding dated 09.07.2021 and a copy of the Memorandum of Understanding is filed herewith and the original are retained by the parties for their records and tax purposes. The said Joint Memo and Memorandum of Understanding filed by the parties are taken on record.

2.Accordingly, this Original Application is disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Understanding entered between the parties. The Memorandum of Understanding dated 09.07.2021 shall form part of the Order.
