Read this order in continuation of and in conjunction with order dated 11.06.2024 that reads as follows:- Though Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader who appears for the respondents states that directions under order dated 20.07.2023 as against which contempt is alleged, have been complied with by order dated 12.02.2024 (served on 22.02.2024), learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to obtain instructions. 2.List on 08.07.2024.

3.A copy of order dated 12.02.2024 has also been supplied by Mr.U.Bharanidharan to Mr.D.Saravanakumar, learned counsel on record for the contempt petitioner for his information.

2. The submission of the respondents is to the effect that the directions under order dated 20.07.2023 have been complied with and a copy of order dated 12.02.2024 complying with those directions have also been supplied to the petitioner on the last occasion. An adjournment was sought to obtain instructions from their client and the matter was adjourned to today.

3. However, even today, learned counsel for petitioner is not ready and seeks some more time. This Court finds no necessity to adjourn the matter and Pg.No.2/4

in light of the contents of order dated 11.06.2024 that are recorded, this Contempt is closed. No costs.
