ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register an FIR on the complaint dated 29.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint dated 29.06.2016, given by the petitioner against the opposite party, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.257 of 2016, and that the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the respondent police is directed to call both the parties for enquiry and either take action in accordance with law or close the case under due intimation to the petitioner.
