PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent not to reconnect the HT service connection No.359 to the second respondent until the matter reaches finality in TCP No.44/2016 on the file of the National Company Law Tribunal, Single Bench, Chennai as per the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2019.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, after some argument, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that an application in EA.No.1 of 2019 in TCP No.44 of 2016 is pending on the file of National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench and a decision to be taken with regard to the value of shares based on the Chartered Accountant's report. Therefore, the learned counsel does not want to press the writ petition since he wants to approach the National Company Law Tribunal again, where the said matter is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the National Company Law Tribunal for prosecuting the above said application, which is now pending.
