Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THANJAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent and of MR.B.VIJAY, Advocate for the Intervenor the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to modify the conditional amount imposed in the order dated 21.08.2018 made in Crl.O.P.No.19693 of 2018.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the amount imposed by this Court is exorbitant and the petitioner is a poor person and is not able to pay the amount and prayed to modify the condition.

4.Since the petitioner has on own volition agreed to pay the conditional amount anticipatory bail was granted, hence, filing of petition seeking to modify the conditional amount later is not sustainable.
