ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa) & 4(1-A) of TN Prohibition Act, in Crime No.11 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner is an absconding accused in a case relating to recovery of 105 litres of I.D. arrack.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) opposed granting anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner is facing four similar cases and a repeated offender.
