O R D E R
This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction to the respondent to proceed with the above calendar case No.14 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Tambaram, as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same within the time frame.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though charge sheet was filed in the year 2012, no progress has been made.
3. It is seen from 'A' diary extract that accused 2 and 3 did not appear and on 11.12.2013, Non-Bailable Warrant was issued and on the same day, they appeared and it was recalled. Thereafter, the accused 2 and 3 were absent on 11.06.2014 and Non-Bailable Warrant was issued and as on date, Non-Bailable Warrant is pending against accused 2 and 3.
4. Considering the entries made in 'A' diary extract, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant pending against https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
accused 2 and 3 and other accused, if any and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is directed to proceed with the trial by keeping the accused 2 and 3 in judicial custody till the disposal of the case and complete the trial on or before 31.07.2015. jvm -s/d- Deputy Registrar(J) Dt:9/3/2015 True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
