Tender Id:2015 RDTN 37062 1, Tender reference No.5947/2014/JDO-1, Organisation Chain : SE-(RD),TN//Vellore,RD,TN dated 15.06.2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent quash the same and direct the respondents to process the tender of the petitioner in accordance with the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act and Rules.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the tender was opened on 11.06.2015, the petitioner is not willing to prosecute the matter. He seeks a direction to the respondents to return the EMD amount. 2.Since the impugned order does not say that the EMD amount deposited by the petitioner has been forfeited, the respondents are directed to consider the said request within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps are closed.
